your arms, and the fat can be transferredinto your buttock area. it's a great way to give you curves in your buttock area, butnot only does it give you curves in the buttock area, it gives you improved curves in therest of your silhouette. so that's a wonderful way to contour the buttock, is to take fatfrom an unwanted place and place it into the buttock area. some patients, however, arethin. they're skinny. they don't have the extra fat, and those patients do very wellwith a buttock implant. a buttock implant is a silicone implant. it's solid so it can'tleak. it's incredibly soft. it's a silicone elastomer that is almost liquid, but not quite.it feels like a gummy bear. it's virtually undetectable. it's placed under the musclethrough a single incision. it looks great.

so this is a very good way for patients whodon't have a lot of extra fat, or who are thin, who want to augment the size of theirbuttocks. so what you should do is talk to your surgeon about the best way to increaseyour buttock size.
